Our check-out time is 12.00 hours on the day of departure. Late checkout requests are subject to availability and will be dependent upon the Hotel occupancy on the day of departure.

Check out after 18.00 hours : 100% of the group room rate quoted

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the difficulty of reselling rooms and meeting space at short notice, cancellation of your group will result in a charge being applied, as follows:
Notification of Cancellation

PERIOD PRIOR TO EXPECTED ARRIVAL CANCELLATION FEE
After date of contract : initial deposit
Within 14 days prior to arrival                             : 50% of accommodation & function charges
Within 7 days prior to arrival                               : 100% of accommodation & function charges      

• If delegates wish to arrive early or extend their stay, the rates above will be extended for three (3) days prior or after the proposed event dates, subject to availability.
• The above rates are net, inclusive of 10% service charge and current applicable VAT.  The hotel reserves the right to adjust the applicable VAT and/or tax according to any change in the government tax law or tax structure.
• Hotel will block additional 30 rooms for 30 days before guest arrival. Charge will be applied to guest on arrival date and room rate is base on signed contract.

RATE INCLUSIONS
All rates quoted are inclusive of:
